News and Resources While conflict still engenders emotional responses in most people, there is a growing awareness that it is one of the underlying ingredients of human interaction, an ingredient that lends value as well as stress. My motivation is to be part of the demonstration, teaching, and coaching of the confliction resolution concepts. As we develop a mediation mindset, our confidence grows in entering into more of life's ventures. I daily sift through reading materials, trainings, and experience to provide my clients with efficient resources that may be readily adapted to their needs. |
